Add hypervisor

Isolated mode creates a bridge without physical ports, keeping guests off the management LAN. External traffic requires routed IP or tunnel delivery.

Install hypervisor

Run this once as a sudo-capable user on a fresh Debian 13 hypervisor. The agent credential is shown only now.

The installer detects ifupdown, NetworkManager, or systemd-networkd. Isolated mode does not modify the management uplink.

Remove hypervisor software

The hypervisor was deleted from the control plane. Run these commands on that former hypervisor to remove NoobVM guests, tunnel interfaces, the agent, configuration, and state.

This permanently destroys every libvirt domain whose name starts with noobvm- and removes /var/lib/noobvm. The final NetworkManager command can disconnect the server, so use provider console. QEMU/libvirt packages are retained because they may be used by other software.

NoobVM reads the public IP, provider endpoint, tunnel subnet, gateway, TTL and policy table from these commands. The bind address, VM gateway, bridge and interface delivery are configured automatically on the selected hypervisor.
