The hypervisor was deleted from the control plane. Run these commands on that former hypervisor to remove NoobVM guests, tunnel interfaces, the agent, configuration, and state.
This permanently destroys every libvirt domain whose name starts with noobvm- and removes /var/lib/noobvm. The final NetworkManager command can disconnect the server, so use provider console. QEMU/libvirt packages are retained because they may be used by other software.
